We stand behind our VENOSAN® product portfolio of high-quality medical grade stockings and support socks.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All VENOSAN products* are backed by a 30 day Return & Exchange policy ensuring you have the right garment, with the style, fit, and color that suits you best. Within 30 days from the date of shipment, you can either exchange or return any undamaged products.

Material & Manufacturing Warranty
VENOSAN products are designed to withstand 6 months of normal use, and are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects from the day your product is shipped.
If the garment is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement upon receipt of the returned defective product.
The following will void this warranty:

  • Tag removal
  • The use of bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets or other additives on the product
  • Damage due to fingernail tears, animals, stains or bodily fluids

Easy Steps to Return / Exchange:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA) number (within 30 days of shipment) here or contact us:

  • RAs must be requested within 30 days of shipment.
  • RAs are valid for two weeks from date issued.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form at the bottom of your packing slip.

  • Please keep the top portion of your order form for your record.

Step 3: Ship return in original packaging and completed Return Form through your preferred carrier to:

  • Standard return products must be undamaged and returned in original packaging.
  • Material and Manufacturing returns if used must be returned laundered.
  • Any damaged or unlaundered products will be shipped back with a charge posted to your original payment method.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipment costs. Please keep a record of your tracking number to ensure its safe return to us.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your original account or exchanged product to arrive.

Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If you don’t have time to wait for the exchange, it’s best to place a new order and you will be credited fully for the item you are returning once your return is received and processed.
