Return Authorization Request

In order to start the return process, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number here. RAs must be requested within 30 days of shipment and are valid for two weeks from their issued date.

After you receive your RA, you will need to complete the return form at the bottom of your packing slip. You can keep the top portion of this form for your record.
